Severe weather and flood situation Poland/Czech Republic/Austria 2024_09

Our international partners have reported to us some massive restrictions in the transport process, which may also affect the collection and/or delivery of their shipments.

Poland: Flooding is becoming more frequent in the southwest of the country. There is a risk that this could spread to eastern Germany.

Czech Republic: Flooding is occurring in all parts of the Czech Republic.

Austria: The region of Lower Austria, including the capital Vienna, is particularly affected by flooding.

In many places, there are fears that the flood situation will spread if the water flows into neighboring regions and is intensified by further rainfall.

Delays in transport must be expected in all affected regions.
